How It All Began...
President and founder Dean Fisher has been in the construction business for over 25 years. As a lakefront property owner, he was frustrated by the service and quality that was currently being offered in the market. Based on this experience he decided to start his own dock business. Twenty three years ago Lake Norman Custom Dock & Pile Driving was born. Over the next 23 years The company grew the into a thriving business by providing low deposits and delivering quality work with on time performance. We have established an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau
and our work can be found all over the Lake Norman and Mountain Island areas. In 2019 Dean made the decision to expand the company by purchasing land on Business 16 in Denver NC to build a state of the art dock and lift facility. This new facility will not only be a showroom and the new home for Lake Norman Custom Dock but it will also offer a dock and lift parts store. We look forward to the construction of our new facility in 2021 and being able to serve the Lake Norman and surrounding communities for all their dock and lift needs.
